That is a gorgeous gratin! I’m trying to decide whether we need a gratin at our Thanksgiving table along with lots of other food. Because I love them, I’m thinking “yes”. :)

Rose- Oh, you’re right! Swede are rutabagas, and I should know that- that’s what we call them in Canada, too! Look at me, getting all Anglicized ;)

Great job! Your gratin looks beautiful. I had to google “swede” as that’s not what we call them here :) Great photos, that crisped topped looks fantastic.
