Sara- Finally, someone who agrees with me about shortening! I must admit that I don&#039;t even really understand what it IS- nor do I want to know ;)

Dana- I find that quiche always goes down well with company- it&#039;s so impressive! Plus, you can make it almost completely in advance :)</description>

		<description>Haha, yes definitely not my kind of lunch. When I made this I think I managed to get it on the table in time for dinner! When we have a tart for Sunday lunch it always comes from that nice guy at the farmer&#039;s market two down from our veg stall. Heat and serve :)</description>
