		<description>I actually love poached eggs and I can&#039;t even imagine how delicious this would be.  It&#039;s a perfect meal for nights when you don&#039;t want take-out but don&#039;t have anything inspiring in the kitchen.  We have a lot of those nights around here....</description>

		<description>As a fellow vegetarian (most of the time!) I do this a lot. I grew up in a Latin family and Sundays were often dedicated to a big pot of brothy black beans with eggs poached right in the garlicky liquid. I love it (and so pretty!)</description>
