		<description>Nicole- It is one of those ingredients, isn&#039;t it? Luckily I can run out to the corner shop if I desperately need some. I have no idea what I&#039;ll do if I ever move back to Canada- my Mum tells me it&#039;s harder to find there.</description>

		<description>Love this idea. Sometimes the best meals come out of resourcefulness. Creme fraiche is one of those ingredients I never seem to have in the house and always wish I did.</description>
