This was awesome. Thank you, thank you Sara and Elle. We just had this and it was by far the most popular dish at our table.

Mmmmmm thank you!

We had this on Sunday afternoon after a busy weekend of walking with our hangovers in the Twickenham rain to get to and from the rugby. The spicy sweetness and lively greens were the perfect antidote for all the excesses we had over the weekend. I have to say we were a little sceptical of the dressing but it's delicious, a perfect combo.

Sara- Thanks! I thought I'd add the spinach to do away with the need for a side or salad- I'm all about the one-dish meals!

Hil- Thanks. I guess it is quite Thanksgiving-y in feel.

Maggie- I love sweet potatoes when they're spiced or curried- the sweetness works so well. This kind of dish is perfect for them, I think.

This looks delightful, Ele. I have a big pile of sweet potatoes in my cupboard that will now be used for a dish like this. Thanks, Ele and Sara!

That is so beautifully presented. It would look amazing on a 'modern' Thanksgiving table, I think.

I'm so flattered!!! Looks amazing on a bed of greens, I want a bite. I totally agree with you about going out. I really like actually putting on clothes instead of pj's and going somewhere, but typically prefer to cook things 'my' way :)
