Really?! How bizarre- I was sure you had a Kirsten doll! I do remember playing American Girls with Lillian and Irene, so that must be what I’m thinking of. But you’re right, my whining skills are far superior to yours ;)

Actually, the cookbook was a Kirsten/Samantha/Molly joint effort, but the fritters might have been Samantha’s.

Ele, how have you remembered this so wrong? I didn’t have Kirsten! I coveted Lillian and Irene’s Kirsten! Only YOU got an American Girl (you whine louder and longer :) I probably talked about Kirsten so much at the time that you figure I must have owned her !

Incidentally, I feel like the cookbook was a Samantha thing. The fritters look delish!
