		<description>Larissa- Good idea on both counts. I would definitely have used olives if I&#039;d had any in the house, love them with feta. This on a salad would be amazing, and obviously better for you than the bread. Of course, it might just convince me to make it more often, which would actually not be so healthy...

Ashley- Thanks. I love baked cheeses, too. Well I love any kind of cheese, really, but baked is especially nice.</description>

		<description>I love baked feta...to die for.  Try adding olives in the mix.
What&#039;s great is to take the entire ramekin and plop the contents onto a bed or baby spinach or arugula so it slightly wilts...makes for a wonderful salad.</description>
