		<description>MH- Celeriac is exactly what it sounds like: the root of the celery plant! Not the same kind of celery that we eat though, a slightly different variety. It tastes mild and earthy and a touch like celery, and has a rich creaminess to it. I bet you&#039;d find it at Union Square xo</description>
