Vicki- Oh, wow- cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust? I'm salivating here. I haven't tried a cheesecake since I made this, and am still working up to the slightly scary water bath. Yours sounds so good!

This looks wonderful! When making regular cheesecake I always use Oreo cookie crumbs rather than graham cracker crumbs so the idea of a chocolate crust seems perfectly natural to me. Will have to give this a try!

Ashley, I'd never heard of it before this recipe, but I'm a total convert. It feels so virtuous compared to using cream cheese (which only tricks you into eating more, unfortunately)!

Larissa- I totally know what you mean. The only place I like a graham cracker is holding up a s'more. This crust is really, really good.
