The week is drawing to a close and tomorrow morning, I’m off! I’ll be flying home to Canada, attending the wedding of an old friend, then spending 48 blissful hours in New York City. There’ll be no more posting for at least a week until I get back to London and back into my regular routine.
But I’m not so cruel as to leave you with nothing while I’m gone. Several weeks ago, I was asked to contribute a Guest Curator post to Etsy‘s blog, The Storque. Given how much I adore Etsy, as well as the awesome calibre of food bloggers who’ve contributed posts before me (Sprouted Kitchen, anyone? Tartelette?) I was thrilled to be asked.
You can check out my Etsy guest curator post here, complete with my favourite finds for the kitchen, and yes- a recipe. Those savoury broccoli cakes make great party food and are the perfect thing to serve with a cup of warming, Autumnal soup. So why not indulge in something delicious this week, and I’ll see you back here soon.

I found out about you from your spot on Etsy and was drawn in by these amazing and tasty looking broccoli cakes.
Congrats on your guest curator spot!
Read your post on Etsy this morning and was also drawn in by the delicious looking broccoli cakes. Can’t wait to check out your blogs a little bit more!
Gorgeous broccoli muffins–they are on my to-make list now. I think I’ll try a whole wheat version. Congrats on your Etsy post. Enjoy your holiday. 🙂
Wow, these look amazing! I love the cute broccoli “trees” inside those little friends. Very creative. 🙂
found you by way of etsy and i am thoroughly enjoying your blog. i’m crazy about this muffin idea and cannot wait to try them. thank you!
I’m not much of a cook and our five daughters will attest to that fact and my wife is not much of a blogger but I did show her this post thanks to Joe Carter and she likes it. Who knows maybe she’ll also take a liking to the internet now that she’ just retired after 32 years. Whenever she decides after 40 years of marriage to show me the door and I need to cook for myself, I’ll certainly give your blog a good look. 🙂
Happy Cooking Trails to you, your family and friends.
I attempted a gluten free version of your gorgeous cakes…
mine don’t QUITE look like yours, but they taste awesome! 🙂 thanks for sharing!
