“What’s your favourite colour?” is one of those questions which, along with classics like “What do you want to be when you grow up?”, adults don’t get asked much. Which is a shame, because I’m pretty sure that most adults would have a more interesting answer than your average six-year-old. Seasonal snapshot: Green Summertime Quiche

I have been dreaming about this quiche for a long time. So long that it was originally titled the Green Springtime Quiche, back when my mind first conceived of it in May. I daydreamed of a creamy filling packed full of green goodness, held together by a flaky butter pastry. Green Kitchen: Repurpose old t-shirts, and save trees!

Probably understandable for someone who used to work in fashion, I’m a bit of a clotheshorse. My boyfriend, even more so. Which is all fine and well, except that our tiny, er, bijoux London flat doesn’t have a lot of storage. Two small closets in the bedroom is it, and you try fitting luggage, a vacuum cleaner, laundry basket, multiple outdoor coats, boots and regular everyday clothes in there without going crazy.
